“My husband and I employed Alex to assist us with weight loss 8 months before our wedding. We were both very novice gym users and were both fairly unfit. Hiring Alex was the best thing we could have done in this situation. Initially, I was skeptical that we would not be able to lose the amount of weight needed before our wedding, due to our low fitness levels. However, my husband and I were very happy with our results, I personally lost 5 dress sizes.

We met with Alex once a week and continued the workout plan he designed for the rest of the week on our own (total 5 days a week). We also modified our diets to reduce caloric intake and incorporate healthier choices.
