Metabolic Training – Helping people to burn off excess body fat through varied dynamic exercise, for health reasons, or just for those wedding photos!
Strength training – Working to increase strength, maintain muscle mass as we age, or even get ready for the beach.
Post-Injury rehabilitation – Knees, Shoulders, Elbows, HIps, Back, you name it.
We can design a program to concentrate on your injury and its safe correction, while also keeping you moving to get a full body workout.
Alex and Mel will put you through a thorough screening test in your first session to identify imbalances, injury risks and to help find things you might not even know about yourself.
