Alex achieved his Sports Science degree from the University of Northampton in England and studied Biomechanics, Physiology, Injury prevention and Exercise Psychology. Following his passion for Rugby, he Captained his varsity Team, played High level competitive rugby in New Zealand and throughout the UK.
He eventually landed in Vancouver and immediately fell in love with the province of BC, immediately starting work in post-rehabilitation exercise with clients suffering from Sports, Work related and Motor Vehicle injuries while starting his own personal training company.

While helping a broad range of clients to reach their goals, Alex began training hard himself and achieved selection to the Canadian National Rugby 7’s team – a long standing ambition.
“Through training myself, I have targeted muscle gain and reached 235lbs, later I decided to try reducing my body fat and with a little help from Mel’s nutritional know-how I reached 210lbs and 8% body fat in just a few months”
Alex doesn’t just have the education, he’s aware of the personal effort and focus it takes to achieve real change.
